These ingenious pin-on bow tie brooches are one of Andrew Logan's wearable art creations.  He made this one in 2019 and it embodies his joyful vision of the universe.  They are unisex and can be worn with any outfit, or as a substitute for a formal bow tie to add a dash of sparkle.

The silver bow tie features two pieces of silver mirror, set over black resin with a large, square, clear crystal in the centre.  These are set into resin, drawn into the shape of a bowtie and with the edges encrusted with multi-coloured glitter.  The bow tie dimensions are approximately 10.5 X 3cm at its widest points and it weighs around 24g.
