Gorgeous chiffon gown from the 1960s by Pauline Trigere. The gown can be worn two ways, belted or not. The delicate chiffon falls from the neckline and is decorated with a grey floral pattern that runs vertically along teal stripes. The fitted under slip creates a feminine shape and when worn without the matching chiffon belt, the dress seems to flow like a delicate bell. The belt is made from a band of the printed chiffon and can be tied around the waist in several different ways to create different looks or worn as a thin shawl. Zipper closes up the back on the under slip with button snaps on the back of the chiffon layer. In excellent vintage condition, fits like a US 4.
